Sport Massage Therapy

Each sport and athletic event requires a person to use different muscles or muscle group in their performance. They may become affected by over use or strain.  Sport massage can unlock your potential and bring your performance to its peak.

Relaxation Massage

This is what the world has come to know as Swedish Massage.  It is a combination of long, broad, soothing stroaks, blended with kneading strokes that are kind, gentle and relaxing.  It's a simple, non-toxic way to let go of stress.

CranioSacral Therapy

The craniosacral system (cranium, spine and sacrum) is connected by a continuous membrane in the body's deepest fascia, known as the dura mater.  Dura mater protects the brain and central nervous system.  This technique releases blockage in the body's flow of cerebrospinal fluid, thus reducing pain and discomfort in the body.

Myofascial Release

Fascia is a tough, connective tissue which spreads throughout the body, without interruption, in a three dimensional web from your head to your toes.  MFR is a hands-on technique which provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions, which will release and unwind the restrictions.

Therapies We Offer

Neuromuscular Therapy

This technique helps to restore the body to optimal wellness. Injury, which may interrupt the body's pattern of wellness, may cause a cycle of pain-spasm-pain.  This therapy helps reduce pain and allows the body's natural healing process to take over.
